Amalaki along with some other herbs is used in many ailments like baldness, cataract, chicken-pox, chronic fever, migraines, piles, nose bleeding, rashes, constipation, dysentery, etc. Amalaki is a one of the essential components of Triphla Choorna and Chyavanprash.

It is available in capsule dosage form. It is recommended to use one capsule twice in a day. Each capsule contains 250 mg of Amalaki.
