Videx or Didanosine is a useful medicine that is used to treat the infections of human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Didanosine is related with the class of medications called nucleoside reverse transcriptase inhibitors (NRTIs). Videx is used unaided or in blend with some additional medications to treat the infection caused by the human immunodeficiency virus (HIV). Didanosine is available in the form of slow-release capsule (Videx EC) in strength of 100 mg, 250 mg and 400 mg. Videx is not a cure for AIDS and it is also not used to stop it from spreading to others.
