Using Methylprednisolone will not provide any help to a patient if he has any of these medical conditions:
- allergies or sensitivity to methylprednisolone or to other ingredients of the medication
- Cushing's syndrome
- herpes simplex keratitis

- reaction to smallpox vaccine or known as vaccinia
Patient with following conditions should use this medication with caution:

- Already using any of the following drugs for other medical benefits:
